Problem summary for Mini Construction Cranes from Singapore

I am interested in your advertised Mini Construction Cranes. I would like to find out more so that we know if it suit our unique situation.

1. May i know does it require additional anti weight to conduct the hoisting maneuver?
A：According to the principle of design, do not need additional anti weight to conduct the hoisting maneuver if the lifting weight is small.

2. After the object hoisted to the desired height, can we rotate the arm to face opposite direction?
A: After the object hoisted to the desired height, we can rotate the arm to face opposite directionequipped with operating handle, it can be rotated.

3. Are you able to provide us Professional Engineer Calculation Report to justify the hoisting equipment? To prove that the stability has been verified by qualified person.
A: For the frame, we don’t have report for this product, because the design is common in all factories and total weight is same, but we have test report for the electric hoist.

4. What is the max reach for an object not more than 100kg?

5. What is the max depth it can reach (considering hoisting from underground)
A: For 4 and 5, we need to know which frame you need, pls check whether below frame is suited for you than we will work accordingly.

6. What is the max height it can reach?
A: The lifting height is different, we can customized hoist lifting height, such as 20m.30m... normally the max. height is 60m, The more lifting height, the less weight it can lift.

Update:
Our estimated weight is less than 60kg. The max height we need is about 3m from ground level. But it is underground hoisting to reach -7m from ground level.
A: Then we can use PA200 hoist, within 12m, it can lifting 100KG in single rope, your lifting height 10m and weight 60kg is within it, no problem for the frame, above one is ok.
