I. PAYMENT ITERMS
1. 50% TT as deposit, 50% final payment before shipment.
2. If the buyer not satisfied with this payment terms, the buyer can advise an idea to negotiate with the seller.
3. The EXPIRY DATE of this offer is 15 days. Please advise the seller to quote again if exceeds the time limit.
II. SUP. ITEMS
1. DELIEVERY TIME: Within 45 days after the get the payment.
2. Delivery with English version user manual, parts manual, test certificates, class certificates and all other related documents. If buyer needs the documents in other language, please advise the seller to prepare.
3. Guarantee: the seller provides 2-year quality guarantee for main body. Exclude the electrical parts and plastic parts.
Please note, during the 2-year, the buyer must operate the crane as the manual. No overloading and no artificial destruction. The scope includes:
a) Raw material quality problems;
b) Weld Cracking;
c) Failure of Lift mechanism, cross travel mechanism, and long crane travel mechanism.
