In the Link provided , we cannot see that maximum tonnage ( 2 Tons ) and corresponding lifting height is reflected in the loading chart. It shows < 1000 Kg in the initial position itself.

Also , We are interested in having electric wire rope option like the below picture instead of fixed chain hoist.

Can you Please look at the above and send us the correct details to assess your quote and proceed further.

for this crane, the jib is telescopic (extendable), when it is extented to max length (how much is the maximum length in meters and what will be its height from floor?), the lifting weight is 1T, when it is in min. length, the lifting height ( weight or height? ) is 2T ( how much is the minimum length in meters and what will be its height from floor?) Please send us the loading chart that indicates these details for 2T.

In continuation to the trailing mail , Can you Please make the Maximum lifting height as 3 m. Its Okay if there is going to be reduction in the Load carrying capacity. Please let us know How much it can Lift suppose it can be made to Lift at 3 m height.

the main jib length (not the height, the height is 3m) 1.8m is designed based on your max. lifting weight 2T, of course we can make to your request jib length if you need longer.

ITP is Inspection test Protocal. It is also said as QAP ( Quality Assurance plan ) this will be listing all the applicable tests , its passing criteria , reference documents, review and hold points, etc.

FAT procedure you have to submit. This will have complete procedure of all the tests listed in ITP.

You have to identify the local after sales service contact agency who is also capable of getting the MOM certification. If you cannot do this , HSL will do it on behalf of you.

Please send us the complete operation and maintenance manual with spare parts list.

Please send us the technical specification of the offered model.

we will use 2000kg hook above plus pulley block and winch motor (3KW in power supply 380V)

when the jib is fully extended (with 2.8m jib lenght and 3m lifting height), the lifting weight is 800KG, when the jib is in the shorest length 1.8m, it can lift 2T, the jib is telescopic, you can adjust its length by lifting differet weight from 800KG to 2000KG

you see the photo above you sent me before, there are several holes in the jib, it is for adjusting the jib length.
