Would it be possible to have a catalogue? except the normal head room trolley hoist is a standard product, which you can see the catalogue in the link: RM Electric Chain Hoists (10T).pdf

for other non standard product, we do not have catalogue

Can you apply a painting suitable for offshore environment? yes

Can you provide ATEx certificate? no certificate but we confirm to ATEx standard

Can you please confirm if:

1)jib crane quotation includes:

Slewing by a manual gear box, controlled by hand chain

2)pneumatic hoist quotation includes:

- galvanized steel chain container (optional cost)
- With Filter, regulator, lubricator (option cost)
- Material certificate type 3.1 for wheels, chain and hook
- pendant control type

RAMHOIST:  yes, but i am a little puzzled by Material certificate 3.1, we are top chinese standard and conform to CE, besides, our classified area is T4 but not T3, but check is it ok?

Customer: 

I am a little confused are you speaking about Material certificate 3.1 or Atex certificate zone T3 /T4? If it is Atex, please forget about it, it is not mandatory on this request.

Going back to your quotation, sorry if I insist, do you confirm that all the measures requested and remarks are included?

This is only for my understanding, for example, is there something that should be added or that can’t be respected (like galvanized steel chain container for the hoists) or not?

A last thing, can you also inform me regarding delivery schedule, payment terms and incoterm?   

RAMHOIST: since i do not know certificate of Material certificate 3.1, but i assume this it not related to ATEX since in the electric chain hoist without ATEX request it also has this certificate, i asuume it is your country standard.
yes, i cofirm all is included, it is with default canvas container but also can be made to stell chain container. 
delivery time: 30 days, payment term: 30% advance and balance before delivery, Incoterm: EX-works but we can also offer CFR to your country port.
