Customer: I got your offered. Then, I sent you the specifications that I preferred. I want to know is it okay so that I can make the confirmation

I mentioned about the specifications of 500 kg, 220V, 3500W, 85 kg, and 30M lifting height, and winch motor copper wire. But I need 8mm wire rope specifications.

RAMHOIST: No problem, we can make.

but normally 2.2KW is ok, although some company marked it 4KW but actual power is 2.2KW, 2.2KW is enough for use. our 2T Outdoor Lifting Mini Crane (mini construction crane) only use 3KW.

Customer: I have a question, is it possible to use the 8mm wire rope without customized the motor?

RAMHOIST: yes, we can use 8mm but normally we use 7mm, 8mm is too thick
