Single Girder Overhead Crane is widely used in plants warehouses, material stocks to lift goods. It is prohibited to use the equipment in the combustible, explosive or corrosives environment.

Safety features

Overload limit switch. When the lift capacity is more than the max rated lift capacity, the electricity will disconnect, crane will stop work.
Weight limit. Supervise the decrease of hook. There is a limit height. The hook cannot fall any more if reach this limit.
Fire limit. Each electric hoist is furnished with a weight overload protection device, which will warn when the lifting weight actually overstep the rated weight.
Crane travel limit switch. Supervise the travel of crane, and stop crane travel more than rated travel distance. Keep safe.
Emergency stop system. Once any emergency occurs, the system shall be started to stop all motions to avoid harm to staff or further loss.
Top quality polyurethane buffer. The buffer helps to stop the travelling mechanism softly and harmlessly.
Instantaneously respond limit switch automatically stop lifting movement when hook reach to both upper and inferior limit.
Control method. Room control or remote control to avoid any injure to the operation staff.
