Ultra Low Headroom Electric Chain Hoist Issues from Pakistan

Ultra low headroom, RM0302DL, Capacity, 2.5T, 2 chain falls,
15m lifting height, lifting speed 1.1/3.3m/min, traversing
speed 5/20 m/min
Customer:
We are facing loss of production, we already stopped the machine because of high ampere of Electric hoist. You have sent us inspection certificate which parameters are different from physical parameters how we take it authentic please provide us any evidence. Kindly look into this matter and solve it in first priority.
Kindly note down the issues which is found during checking of Electric Chain Hoist. Point Wise mentioned below.
1) Brake disc not welded completely.(Picture No 01 Attached)
2) Brake Adjusting Setting out (we done Brake Setting by our side)
3) There is no Gasket A found and mentioned in Manual which is creating confusion for us.
4) Electric Trolley Motor heat up and creating sound.
5) We are facing Ampere issue in Electric Trolley & Electric Chain Hoist in Low Speed, Please see the below table for your reference. (Picture No 02 & 03 attached)

RAMHOIST:
1) Brake disc not welded completely.(Picture No 01 Attached)
This is the weld standard of brake dick, not like the normal welding, we weld conform to standard。
2) Brake Adjusting Setting out (we done Brake Setting by our side)
3) There is no Gasket A found and mentioned in Manual which is creating confusion for us.
no use for the gasket in the actual condition, the manual is old one and not updated
4) Electric Trolley Motor heat up and creating sound.
It is normal for Electric Trolley Motor heat up, Hoisting motors are all S3 duty motors, and ordinary motors cannot be used for comparison. Pls add buffer to decrease sound.
5) We are facing Ampere issue in Electric Trolley & Electric Chain Hoist in Low Speed, Please see the below table for your reference. (Picture No 02 & 03 attached)
The ampere is our inspection list is based on normal 380V, while yours is 400V, so there is difference, pls subject to the practice.
