Inquiry for 500kg Motorised trolley from India

Customer: We have a requirement of Motorised rollers suitable for ISMB, The detailed requirement is as follows

-          The roller should be motorized.

-          The roller should be capable of carrying a 500Kg rated load.

-          Since the roller is motorized, the motor power will be 3phase power.

-          The horizontal traversing speed should be a maximum of 8-10m/min.

-          The frame on which the roller will travel is ISMB 150 which is an industry-standard beam.

-          For movement, the roller should be with a pendant control for control of the direction of movement.

-          As this is electrical movement, the pendant will be with emergency stop switch.

Can you confirm If the RMET005 can be used for the Beam section included in the email attachment (below)?

Secondly, the specifications show the linear speed of 21mpm. Is it possible to have reduced speed up to 10mpm?

Can the lifting hooks be attached to these locations?

Customer: We plan to use lifting hooks – 2 numbers on each of these. Image attached below.

RAMHOIST: so you only need the shaft to insert two lifting hooks for lifting, do not need lifting hoist, we can make like this but need quantity to produce, since normal hook can not match the shaft well and need to customized the hooks, thanks
