Pls double check 20 mtr chain means lifting height is 20m or total chain is 20m. previous offer is based on 20m lifting height (20*4=80m chain)

If for 20m chain, means lifting height is 5m, then unit price: 4236 US $/unit (FOB china, level 1)

I think fast speed should be higher for it then takes too much time.

Please tell in how far you can comply with specifications.

What will be production time? Price?

Off Loading Chain winch

·         The winch shall be able to lift 10.000kg (excl. cable).

·         The winch shall have a chain length of around 20m.

·         The winch should have 2 different and adjustable speeds. See description below.

-          One slower (around 2m/min) used in the top and bottom sections (Area A-B and C-D in description below). The slower speed shall be manually controlled through a button that needs to be constantly pushed down.

-          One faster (around 6-8m/min) for automatic transportation between the stops in position B and C (see below). No button needs to be constantly pushed down, just a confirmation to go to the next stop.

·         There shall be automatic stops at position A, B and C.

·         All stops will always be at a certain distance from the winch and can therefore be controlled by e.g. indications on the chain.

·         The operating device should have two buttons for controlling the slow speed, up and down. The button should be constantly pushed down by the operator for motion.

·         The operating device should have two buttons for controlling the faster speed, up and down. It shall not need to be constantly pushed down. The operator pushes the button and the winch goes to the next stop.

·         A button for emergency stop shall be included.

·         The acceleration should be smooth.

We probably get this order for other winches asked for. This is a part of the deal.

Would be nice to get into bussiness via this first order….
