And include the details of the technical specs of the hoists to let us review. ( we would like to buy Japanese FEC or similar chain separately so assume 6m Height of Lift for each. )

I appreciate you efforts to cooperate, but to us important thing is a long-term cooperation. 

Note that we are also very large manufacturer of cranes, crane kits and components. But we do manufacture high quality and low cost electric wire rope hoists up to 80t, standard; and we have globally 16 locations where we work as supplier/manufacturer for OEM s. 

We do require chain hoist for only domestic market where it is effective at lower capacities, and the only aim is to sustain end-customer satisfaction in domestic market.

We have been working with Elephant of Japan for more than 14 years and we are aware of Taiwanese or Chinese manufacturers, but frankly, we do not trust a South East Asian company before hearing testimonials about the company, whether it is suitable for long-term business relationship or not.

Thus, without having a reference we can credit, we would not be able to progress. The reason I asked you for your references inThailand,Singapore,Malaysiais that we have active partner companies there to cross check whether your company and products are trust worthy.

Of course for us the long term cooperation is very import.

Since we have some bad experiences for releasing customers’ details so our company have the rules and I can not break, hope you can understand.

To be frankly, our level 2 (low level) electric chain hoist could pass Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia’s test, they are not so strict as US & Canada’s request.

We are the same technology as Japanese KITO and we employ retired KITO’s engineer.

You can have a trial order to test our products firstly, thanks.
