Guarantee: The quality warranty time is one year. The supplier should replace the spare parts which are broken and caused by the seller’s design and manufacture failure for free. The seller will supply the other spare parts to buyer in favorable price 80% off retail prices within 10 years from the execution of contract.

For the cost of chain hoist depends on the type and quality, we have two kinds: high level’s parts is from Japan, low level’s parts is made in china.

For 3 units, we can also make for you as trial for our long term cooperation.

For the sea freight depends on the CBM (cubic meter).

We can send repair parts immediately if you have requirement.
