We are interested and would be looking at this as a dealer perspective.  What pricing do you have for a dealer and also what warranty is included, and what is the process of warranty for holders in North America seeing as the manufacturing and tech’s for this are not in Canada and the USA?  What about certification to North American standards?  This would be CSA standards.

Warranty is 1 year and covers all the problem by quality, normally customers send back damaged item to us and we will repair and send, customers just bear the transport cost for sending back goods to us.

We are follow up UL/CSA standard but not certificated, and We have already sold many hoists to the USmarket.
