Customer: With reference to above attached offer your quotation is under consideration but you are requested for clarifying that whether compatible remote control with 5 m long cable, switches for forward/reverse movement and overload protection/safety lock is available with hoist?
the control pendant has forward/reverse movement switches(lifting up and down)+ left/right + safety lock (ermrgency stop)
Customer: Our client said that the overload protection for each 100 USD price is very high, if you can decrease it then we have many chances to get this order. So kindly decrease it to minimum possible prices.
