Parts diagram of electrical box for PA800 hoist

Customer: I purchased a PA800 from ebay . When I opened the packaged I found the electrical box damaged. I'm trying to find a parts diagram . So I can get parts on order. Can you please provide a parts list and diagram? Thankyou for your time. Dan
