1. Standard Vacuum Lifter         Model No. ESL120/22                       1 set

Main components:

1. Vacuum blower: Siemens vacuum blower, model GS2.2, 380-440V,50HZ,3P 2.2KW, maximum vacuum flow 135cbm/h, maximum vacuum pressure -55kpa

2. Lifting tube: diameter 120mm, tube length 2550mm, maximum loading 35kg for semi-porous, 40kg for dense. For the lifting height will be about 1200mm, the lifting tube will be cut to about 2050mm, maximum lifting height would be 1350mm

3. 2 of rectangle suction pads specially for carton box, the pads diameter was 85*200mm, the loading beam length 250mm, the cups units will be mounted on the control housing by flange

4. A ball bearing integrated upper rotation jointer with single way valve to prevent the goods falling down in case of power lost.

5. Two-hands control unit with a swing lever for up and down, A brake-like handle for release

6. A plastic vacuum filter mounted on the column to keep the air clean.

7. A vacuum regulator mounted on the vacuum blower which protect the blower in case overheat, the preset vacuum pressure is -45kpa

8. 10M vacuum feeding pipe of Diameter 52mm for vacuum feeding

9. An electric control box mounted on the column for power switch

 The lifter was designed for transportation or handling the materials at:
