Customer: We're looking for quotations Vacuum Tube Lifters. We need 1 of these kinds of tools, so I will give you a few features of our operation to approach the best option in terms of machinery specifications.
Our operation usually handled boxes of cartons with double corrugated, triple Craft. The main dimension of these containers is 430x430x360 mm but also we can handled boxes of 560x560x440 mm.
The main weights could be around 25kg but, in some cases, we could have boxes of 35/40kg .
These boxes will be palletized in Euro pallets (1000 x 800mm) where the height will be 1200mm.
In terms of the place where this tool will be placed, I will comment some features to give you some idea of our needs and limitations.
- height from floor to roof: 4mt
- Arm rotation: between 180° and 360°

Customer: In the pictures that I attached below you can see the boxes and also the way that we palletize our shipments.
These kinds of containers are the mainly used in our operations and, also, used to be the most heavy.
The measures of each one are: 43x43x36 cm and 56x56x44cm
I don't understand what you mean about "is need to lift as well?"... We only need to lift the boxes, not the full pallet...If it's that what you talking about..
