2,This is the situation where the wire rope can be pulled out. Pull it to the end. If you can’t pull it, put the fall arrester on its side, pat the side of the fall arrester with your hand, pat the side of the fall arrester hard, pat 2 to 3 times, and then Pull and see to see if the wire rope can be pulled, if it still can’t be pulled, pat hard for several times. If it really doesn’t move, it can only be repaired by the factory.
(1，看看钢丝绳能不能拉的动，拉的动的话，把防坠器卸下来，放在地面上，侧过来放，把钢丝绳拉到头，迅速的让钢丝绳回缩进壳子里，手不要松，让小弹簧复位
2, 这是钢丝绳可以拉出来的情况，拉到头，如果不可以拉的话，把防坠器侧过来放，用手拍防坠器的侧面，使劲的拍，拍个2到3下，然后在拉拉看，看钢丝绳能不能拉得动，如果还拉不动得话，再使劲拍，连续几次拍，如果实在拍不动，只能是返厂维修了)

RAMHOIST: we have two cover, inner cover is aluminum and outer cover is plastic cover, so with or without outer plastic cover it does not effect.

we found u use more than 200 times a day, right? 

Customer: yes, Everyday use 15 Hrs

RAMHOIST: there is a steel ring in the cover and this time we will quench to make it harder and sturdier, lifer longer. normally the life for this is one year or 10000 times, see which come earlier, after quenching the steel ring, you can use 20000-30000 times. [钢丝绳出口处小铁圈加固淬火（使用太频繁）]

Customer: Normally no fall, anything happen only fall my Equipmend so the fall Arrester catch and save my equipment. 

All the fall Arrester same problem the outcome small Ring damaged and can’t go in . Are you have any solution?

RAMHOIST: The problem is use too much, the wire rope wears off the cover, the soluation is to replace the small steel ring in factory （使用频繁，钢丝绳磨掉外壳，要换下铁圈）but it is not realistic since there are too much freight cost between us. 

your working codition is special, in this order we will make special treatment for the steel ring (quench to make it harder and sturdier, lifer longer).

the solution for the existing ones: Use an iron sheet or something to plug this wear out area, as long as it does not affect the stretch out and draw back of the wire rope, purpose is to prevent the wire rope from scraping (rubbing) the cover. scraping the cover will cause a result, that is, the wire rope will scrap the cover up and down, which will affect the speed of wire rope in and out. 

(用个铁皮或什么东西塞在这个磨损处，只要不影响钢丝绳来回伸缩，就是防止钢丝绳磨这个壳子，磨这个壳子会导致一个结果，就是钢丝绳会沿着这个壳子上下摩擦，会影响钢丝绳的出绳速度和回缩速度，在这个地方搞个铁皮，圈一下）

铝套用在钢丝绳上，也不一定非要防坠器上，钢丝绳上都可以用，防坠器上也有
