08.       STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH THE SPECIFICATIONS

 1.                The Servo Assisted Baggage Handling System to be supplied shall conform to the Specifications given.

2.              The Bidder shall comment on the compliance of the Servo Assisted Baggage Handling System offered against each numbered clause in the Specifications and list his comments in the numerical order of the Specifications.

3.                 Should the Bidder be unable to meet a particular clause of this Specifications then he shall state his non compliance in his Bid.

4.                 In the absence of a statement making specific exception to any of the requirements, the Bidder shall be deemed to have accepted them as a part of this Bid.

5.              If there is any incompatibility between the comments made by the Bidder in the Statement of Compliance and the Specifications of Servo Assisted Baggage Handling System indicated in the Technical Literature, the latter shall be deemed to override the comments in the Statement of Compliance. Bidders shall complete the Statement of Compliance and duly signed.
