Customer: Yes I called you. Could you please confirm that your quoted load cell is for metallurgical crane? If yes so will it be able to bear up to 1700 degree centigrade?

RAMHOIST: it is for metallurgical crane, are able to bear up to 170 degree centigrade but not 1700 degree centigrade

Customer: Please find the attached image for your reference, we are required this type of load cell with wireless dynamometer and please note that load cell must be able to bear up to 1700 degree centigrade as it will be install in crane use to transfer hot molten metal.

RAMHOIST: yours is special for anti high temperature, may i know the distance from load cell to hot molten metal
