Purchase a vacuum lifting system to assist workers at the end of the production line from U.S.

Hello Nanjing Ram Machinery,

     My name is Derek Dees and I represent *** USA LLC, an equipment procurement company in Florida, USA.  We have a customer with an existing paint production plant that wants to purchase a vacuum lifting system to assist workers at the end of their production line.  Specifications for the vacuum lifting system that I have received from the customer :

1) able to lift boxes of paint up to 26 kilograms per box

2) able to lift plastic pails up to 30 kilograms per pail

3) function to manually load pallets of boxes and pails

4) hanging from ceiling configuration preferred ( I do not know ceiling height of facility yet) but swing-arm on a pole configuration also possible

5) manually operated with hydraulic assist

After researching manufacturers, I am now reaching out to several companies for this small project.  The customer's paint production plant is in need of other equipment as well, but I think that the company wants to make a successful small purchase with us before making bigger purchases..

Thank you for the fast reply.  Actually, the customer has a paint production plant and will be needing the vacuum lift to assist in palletizing paint pails and boxes (no panels for this job, only boxes and pails).  As specified in my original email, :

1) able to lift boxes of paint up to 26 kilograms per box

2) able to lift plastic pails up to 30 kilograms per pail

Customer: The first picture looks like the vacuum configuration that we need.  The second picture no.

How much would the cost be WITH the jib crane?

Do you have drawings and specifications for the unit that you have quoted?

Customer: Our client has not indicated a jib length, I think the working radius for the box/pail material will be 2 to 3 meters.  Please suggest a jib length.

RAMHOIST: normally the arm should be within 3.5m, in which it could be easiest to operate

Below drawing shows the columned jib crane, we just need to change the suction cup for pails
