Vacuum stone lifter does not have magnetic conductivity, so attention should be paid to the selection of lifter. If magnetic conductivity is required, magnetic  lifter, permanent magnet lifter and other magnetic lifters should be selected. Although vacuum lifter does not have magnetic conductivity, it also has its advantages. Some workpieces can not contact magnetic equipment, so the role of vacuum lifter is. It's very big.           
 Installation method of stone vacuum lifter. The first one is to strengthen the connection between vacuum lifter and adapter by locking ring, which makes the connection safe and reliable; the connection mode of this structure is very convenient to replace the lifter. Push the locking ring up to the top of the adapter and pull out the old vacuum lifter downwards. Keep the position of the locking ring unchanged and put the new lifter sleeve on the adapter. After confirming the close connection between the lifter and the adapter, return the locking ring to the original position, that is to say, complete the replacement of the new and old lifters.           
 The second kind: the adapter of the stone vacuum lifter can also be connected with a buffer body, and the two nuts on the buffer body can be clamped to install on the panel; the vacuum lifter can be installed with different adapters, and a variety of installation methods can be obtained. Thread connection, the right side of the buffer structure increased so that it has buffer capacity, can be installed in the panel and connected with the buffer. Vacuum lifting equipment began in Europe in the early 1960s. In order to improve production efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of workers, Europe first invented vacuum lifting equipment and vacuum handling manipulator manufactured by vacuum principle technology, which were used to carry wood boards in wood processing industry.
