​Cautions for Use of Vacuum glass lifter without Fixture

Vacuum suction cup can be divided into two parts: one with fixture and the other without fixture. Because vacuum suction cup is made of special material, some special matters should be paid attention to in the operation of vacuum suction cup.           
 (1)  It is strictly forbidden to exceed 40% of theoretical suction force when using vacuum glass lifter to suck and carry heavy objects, in order to prevent overload and heavy objects falling off.           
 (2)  If the glass lifter is found to be aging and other causes of failure, the new vacuum glass lifter should be replaced in time.           
 (3)  The vacuum pressure must be kept stable in use.           
 Attention should be paid to the use of vacuum glass lifter without fixture:           
 In the case of using vacuum glass lifter without fixture, it should be noted that the moving speed of the manipulator should not be too high, otherwise a tangential force will be generated on the glass lifter, which will make the product fall easily in the process of rapid torsion. In some cases, a clamp can be used to ensure safe delivery of the product. Considering the possibility of products adhering to the die, it is usually possible to install an air clamp to solve this problem. When the surface area of the product is too small or the product is too heavy to use the vacuum glass lifter, the same problem can be  solved by using clamps.           
 If the product is very strict with appearance, then the clamped part can not be the external surface. To solve this problem, a sensor circuit can be installed. After confirming that the clamp or glass lifter has secured the product, the sensor sends a signal to the manipulator to enable it to perform the next operation. The problem can be improved by adding a special cylinder which can move the EOAT alone instead of depending on the manipulator operation when the  manipulator's motion ability is limited and it needs to be twisted or tilted  manually to demould the product or move the product and EOAT out of the forming area.
 Vacuum chuck has a special structure, it will form a temporary closed space after contacting with the object. We use pneumatic pipelines or certain devices to extract or thin airtight space inside the air. In this way, the air pressure in the enclosed space is lower than that in the outside world.           
 The shape and suction of the vacuum suction cup have a great influence on the object. Therefore, no matter what field the vacuum suction cup is applied, the suction of the vacuum suction cup should be estimated first.           
 Friction varies greatly depending on the adsorbent, the material of the suction cup and the roughness of the surface of the adsorbent.           
 There are three basic shapes of vacuum glass lifter: flat glass lifter, corrugated glass lifter and glass lifter with special working principle.           
 Use conditions and working environment are important factors in choosing suction cup materials. For example, for food industry, the material of suction cup should be wear-resistant, oil-resistant and stable.
