​Disassembly Method of Automotive Glass Lift

 The disassembly method of automobile glass elevator is as follows:           
 1.  Get the tools ready and disassemble the assembly on the door.            

 2.  If the glass is raised again, there will be screw to fix the glass and unscrew the screw.            

 3. Turn down the fixing screw of the car glass elevator, and then take out the glass, tilt it or it will not come out.            

 4.  Then pull out the thread. Generally, the thread head is on the inside of the door, which is the one between the door and the middle. When you open the door, you will see it.          

 5. The automobile glass elevator can be removed by pulling out the wire.

 Basic requirements for automotive glass lifts:            

 The elevator shall run smoothly after installation according to the drawings, without abnormal noise, no jumping teeth and sticking and other undesirable phenomena. Grease shall be applied to the spring coils of the elevator, the brake drum and the friction parts.

 Manual glass elevator is widely used in old-fashioned automobiles.The following is an introduction to the influence of unqualified manual glass elevator in handle torque and drop test on its use:            

 1.  Handle torsion test can understand the degree of lightness or heaviness when the lifter is rotated with the handle on the door. Generally, the unqualified  lifter is on the large side and the lifter is shaken with heavy hand.            

 2.  Decrease: Only when the manual glass elevator rises will it happen. Generally, as long as the product design is reasonable, the decrease will not exceed 3mm. If it is not qualified, it may affect the glass to rise to the top stop point. If it drops too much automatically, the door glass will not be closed. This is rare.

 Glass elevator is the lifting device of door and window glass, which is mainly divided into two categories: electric glass elevator and manual glass elevator.  The double arm glass elevator has two lifting arms. According to the arrangement of the arms, it can be divided into parallel arm type and cross arm type. Among them, the cross-arm glass elevator is widely used because of its large supporting width and smooth movement. The parallel arm type glass elevator is relatively simple and compact in structure, but its motion stability is not as good as that of the former because of its smaller supporting width and larger variation of working load.
