 The rapid development of China's pneumatic system has also led to the development of pneumatic tools. More and more businessmen are optimistic about the pneumatic tools market. On the one hand, its technical requirements are relatively high. In the past, most of the products were mainly imported from the United States, Germany and Japan. Most of the products in the hardware city market were produced in Taiwan. This is the case. Now with the progress of domestic production technology, some enterprises such as Wenzhou and Shanghai have launched pneumatic tools. Pneumatic tools are also widely used in the assembly industry, machinery industry, transportation industry and Yongkang skateboards, electric bicycles, motorcycle assembly, automobile repair factories and some assembly line enterprises and manufacturers in Guangdong, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Fujian and other coastal provinces and cities.            

 1.  Miniaturization and Integration           
 Limited space requires miniaturization of aerodynamic components. Miniaturization is the main development trend. At present, the minimum cylinder diameter is only f2.5, and a switch is made. The solenoid valve has a width of only 10mm and an effective cross-section area of 5mm2. The pressure relief valve with interface F4 has also been developed. According to the survey, the demand for miniaturized components doubles approximately every five years.           
 The integration of air valves includes not only several valves, but also sensors, programmable controllers and other functions. The purpose of integration is not only to save space, but also to facilitate the reliability of installation, maintenance and work.  

 2.  Precision           
 In order to make the positioning of the cylinder more precise, sensors and proportional valves are used to realize feedback control, and the positioning accuracy is up to 0.01mm. In the aspect of cylinder precision, 0.3mm/s low-speed cylinder and 0.01N micro-load cylinder were also developed.           
 In the treatment of gas source, the filter with 0.01mm filtration accuracy and 99.9999% filtration efficiency and the pressure relief valve with 0.001MPa sensitivity have been developed.            

 3.  Combination and Intelligence           
 The simplest combination of imported pneumatic tool components is the cylinder with valve and switch. In material handling, the combination of cylinder, swing cylinder, pneumatic chuck and vacuum suction cup has been used; there is also a combination of moving small items, which is composed of two cylinders with guide according to X and Y axes respectively. It is also equipped with electromagnetic valves and programmable controllers. It has compact structure, small space occupation and adjustable stroke.           
 Intelligent valves developed by Japanese spermatozoa have sensors and logic circuits, which are the combination of pneumatic and photoelectric technology. Without external actuator, the signal of sensor can be read directly and judged by logic circuit to determine the work of intelligent valve and subsequent actuator.           
 The development of functional modules has a history of more than ten years, and is now constantly improving. These universal modules can be combined with various schemes to achieve different mechanical functions, which is economical, practical and convenient.
