 Hydraulic jack consists of several main components: cylinder block, piston rod, saddle, sealing ring, retaining ring, guide ring, master joint, etc. After the factory produces the parts, it needs to assemble the parts. Usually, when we clean and repair the jack, we will disassemble the parts first, and then assemble them. Here we first learn how to assemble the jack.  Firstly, we should learn to assemble drawings, because drawings are only the line representation or symbol representation of the object, how to read these symbols to see the assembly drawings.           
 Drawing methods should follow certain rules. We summarize three points:           
 1.  Removal surfaces (or mating surfaces) of two parts are represented by a contour line; non-contact surfaces are represented by two contours.            

 2.  The direction and interval of the section lines of the same part should be the same; the section lines of adjacent parts should be distinguished (changing direction or interval).            

 3. For solid rods and standard parts (such as bolts), when the cutting plane cuts  through its axis or symmetrical plane, only the outlines of these parts are drawn.            

 For special requirements, we express them in a special way:

 3.  Individually representing a part            

 4.  Exaggerate the drawing of thin-section parts and small clearances.            

 5.  Artificial drawing: The adjacent parts are drawn with double dots and lines.             

 6.  Expansion Description: The spatial structure is unfolded on the plane.            

 7.  Simplified drawing method: the process structure (rounded corners, chamfers, etc.) can not be painted.            

 After learning how to read the assembly drawings of hydraulic jacks, we will begin to enter the assembly stage.           
 Firstly, the sealing ring of hydraulic jack should be assembled. Seals of hydraulic jack should be installed everywhere. Attention should be paid to directional seals so as not to mistake the assembly direction of seals. For seals that are difficult to assemble, the guiding assembly tool should be used to assemble seals. It is strictly forbidden to use the hard top of screwdriver to insert  seals. When matching, pay attention not to twist and twist; then the piston and piston rod of the hydraulic jack are assembled. After the piston and piston rod are assembled, it is advisable to put them on two V-shaped blocks and measure the coaxiality error and the straightness error of the whole length with the dial side; finally, when installing the hydraulic jack cylinder on the main engine, it is based on the guide rail or installation surface. Align the hydraulic cylinder to make the axis line of the cylinder parallel to the installation surface of the guide rail. It is recommended that the scraper be corrected and the copper shim be not recommended.           
 Special attention should be paid to the careful operation of all links in the assembly process, which is the legendary carefulness of the hand. When we need to exert force, we should use force properly, not brute force, and eventually hurt the thread and surface, which is not worth the loss.
