​How to Maintain Hydraulic bottle Jack

How should the hydraulic jack be maintained? This kind of hydraulic jack usually needs the working oil of No. 32 or No. 46 when it is in use. It can also use other similar hydraulic oils, such as transformer oil. The oil poured into the tank must be filtered from beginning to end. Usually, it is filtered once a month, and the tank should be washed regularly. Usually, 85% of the controlled oil level should be maintained in the tank. When it is insufficient, it should be replenished as soon as possible. The oil number of the replenishment should be the same as that of the original pump. The oil temperature in the tank should normally be between 10 and 40 degrees Celsius, which is not suitable for use under negative temperature. The tubing prevents bending under working pressure. The oil tank connecting the oil pump and the jack should be kept clean. When not in use, the oil tank should be sealed with screw to prevent sediment from entering. The oil nozzle exposed by the ultra-high pressure oil pump and the hydraulic jack should be sealed with nut to prevent dust and sundries from entering the machine. After daily use, the oil pump should be  wiped clean to remove the grease stain on the copper wire cloth.           
 Hydraulic jacks are divided into general hydraulic jacks and special hydraulic jacks.            

The universal hydraulic jack is applicable to various lifting tasks with small lifting height. It consists of oil chamber, oil pump, oil storage chamber, piston, rocker handle, oil valve and other key parts. When working, as long as the swing handle is reciprocated, the manual oil pump keeps pressing oil into the cylinder. Because the oil pressure in the cylinder keeps increasing, the piston and the weight above the piston are forced to move upward together. When the return valve is opened, the high-pressure oil in the cylinder will flow back to the oil storage chamber, so the weight and the piston will fall together.           
 The special hydraulic jack is a special tensioning machine, which exerts tension on the prestressing steel bar when making the prestressing concrete component. Most special hydraulic jacks are double-acting. There are two commonly used types: piercing type and conical anchor type.           
 The piercing jack is used for stretching steel bar or steel wire bundle. It mainly consists of stretching cylinder, jacking cylinder, jacking piston and spring. Its characteristics are: along the axis of the stretcher, there is a perforation channel, and the steel bar (or steel wire) is anchored by the equipment at the tail after penetration.           
 Rehabilitation matters:           
 (1)  The bottom of the hydraulic jack should be flat and consolidated when it is used. Oil-free boards to enlarge the pressure surface to ensure safety. Iron plates should not be used instead of wood boards to prevent sliding.           
 (2)  When lifting, it is required to be stable. After lifting, the weight should be checked for any special condition. If there is no special condition, the lifting can continue. The handle shall not be lengthened arbitrarily or operated excessively.           
 (3)  No overload and super high. When the sleeve appears red line, it indicates that the jacking should stop when the rated height has been reached.           
 (4)  When several hydraulic jacks are working at the same time, special instructions should be given to synchronize lifting and falling. The adjacent two hydraulic  jacks should maintain the wood block and ensure the clearance to prevent sliding.           
 (5)  When using hydraulic jack, we should always pay attention to the sealing part and pipe joint part, so as to ensure its safety and reliability.           
 (6)  Hydraulic jacks are not suitable for sites with acid, alkali or corrosive  gases.
