Hydraulic Jack refers to the jack which uses plunger or hydraulic cylinder as rigid jacking parts.  Cautions for Electric Hydraulic Jack
 1. Remove fast connectors in load and avoid mechanical damage.
 2. When the empty tapping phenomenon occurs on the discharging screw of the pump body, you can relax, and the pump can be cleared vertically upward, hit several times with your head down, and then tighten the discharging screw, so that you can continue to use it.
 3. New or long household memory hydraulic jacks, because more air in the fuel tank begins, the piston rod may have a small and sudden jump, hydraulic jacks fall back and forth 2-3 times to eliminate air in the chamber. Long idle jacks make hardened seals, because the seals do not work for a long time, thus affecting the service life of hydraulic jacks, so when not in use, the electric hydraulic jacks unload to and fro 2-3 times a month.
 4. Oil and maintenance equipment media, do a good job in preparation for the electro-hydraulic Jack to avoid  blockage or spillover effects.

 A jack is a light lifting device that uses a rigid lifter as a working device to lift heavy objects in a small stroke through a top bracket or a bottom bracket claw. The jack is mainly used in the  factory, mining, transportation and other departments as vehicle repair and other lifting, support and other work. Its structure is light, firm, flexible and reliable, one person can carry and operate.
 How to use long column press to calibrate jack?
 1. Draw the jack calibration curve according to the calibration results for the use of prestressing steel bar tension, and can also use the quadratic method to get the empirical formula of Jack calibration for the use of prestressing steel bar tension.
 2. Check jack. Start the oil pump, Jack the oil, make the piston rod rise, Jack the pressure plate on the test machine. In the process of load increasing smoothly by Jack test machine, from zero to tonnage, the result of passive calibration of test machine is marked  point by point on the hydraulic gauge of jack.
 The calibration points should be evenly distributed in the whole measuring point range, and not less than 5 points. When the empirical formula of Jack calibration is analyzed by quadratic regression, it needs 10 to 20 points. Each calibration point is re-calibrated  three times to take the average value, and only the reading process is measured, not the reading regression.           
 3. The jack is in place. When checking the piercing jack, the jack is placed on the bench of the test machine. The piston face or support sleeve of the jack is in close contact with the test machine, and the stress center line of the jack coincides with that of the test machine. When checking the pull-rod jack, the piston rod of the jack is pushed out, the sealing plate is removed, a thick-walled seamless steel pipe is put into the cylinder body, and then the jack feet are placed downward at the center line of the test machine. After setting it up, adjust the testing machine to make the upper end of the steel pipe close to the upper and lower pressure plates of the testing machine, and align the center line of the cylinder block.
