 Sufficient strength should be required to withstand the maximum working pressure and short-term dynamic pressure for a long time without permanent deformation, and sufficient stiffness should be required to withstand the lateral force of the piston and the reaction force during installation without bending.           
 Under the action of friction between inner surface and piston seals and guide sleeve, it can work for a long time with little wear and tear. The dimension tolerance grade and position tolerance grade are enough to ensure the sealing of piston seals. It is better to have good weldability to prevent cracks or excessive deformation when welding is needed.             

Material that meets the above requirements is the basis of high-quality Jack cylinder. The structure of the cylinder seems simple and plays a very important role. Therefore, the selection of material should not be careless.
 Whether the hydraulic oil is clean or not directly affects the normal operation of the hydraulic system of the jack, and is closely related to the service life of the hydraulic components of the jack. Most of the faults in the hydraulic system of the jack are related to the contamination of the hydraulic oil, so it is necessary to improve the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil.
 The sand, chip, abrasive, welding slag, rust, dust and other dirt in the pipes and hydraulic components of the jack hydraulic system are not washed out before the system is used. When the hydraulic system works, these dirt enters the  hydraulic oil. The dust and sand from the outside are stretched back and forth during the working process of the jack hydraulic system. Shrinking piston rod, oil leakage flowing back to the tank, etc. into the hydraulic oil. In addition, slight negligence will also make dust, cotton wool, etc. into the hydraulic oil.           
 The jack hydraulic system itself also continuously produces dirt, and directly enters the hydraulic oil, such as abrasive particles of metal and sealing materials, particles or fibers falling off from filter materials and colloidal substances produced by oxidation and deterioration of oil due to the increase of oil temperature.
