 (1)  Before changing oil, the hydraulic jack should be washed completely before the first use of hydraulic oil. When changing the same kind of hydraulic oil, the new hydraulic oil should be used for cleaning 1-2 times.           
 (2)  Hydraulic oil should not be used randomly. If a certain brand of hydraulic oil has been selected, it must be used alone. Without the approval of the manufacturer of hydraulic equipment and without scientific basis, it is not allowed to mix with hydraulic oil of differential viscosity grade, or hydraulic oil of the same viscosity grade but not of the same manufacturer, let alone with other types of oil.           
 (3)  Pay attention to the excellent seal of hydraulic jack. Hydraulic jacks with hydraulic oil must maintain strict sealing to prevent leakage and mixing with various external dust, water and liquid media.           
 (4)  Change the hydraulic oil according to the oil change index. Hydraulic oil in hydraulic equipment should be sampled and tested regularly. Once the physical and chemical indicators of oil reach the oil-changing indicators (single or several arrivals), the oil-changing indicators based on the oil-changing indicators should be replaced by 10-22 oil-changing indicators. It is a scientific oil exchange cycle.

When installing hydraulic jack cylinder, soft objects such as copper skin should be centered first and then inserted to prevent piston rod from being damaged. It is strictly forbidden to use steel cable to lift piston rod directly.           
 When installing or transporting the piston rod, use packing cloth to tie the rod up to protect the hardness of the jack piston rod. Surface hardening should reach the prescribed fatal value.
