Analysis of the Basis of Hydraulic Jack for Cylinder
 Hydraulic Jack has the basic to cylinder. How can we guarantee the sealing and durability of hydraulic jack? Today, we explain the key points of reliable and durable technology of hydraulic jack. Usually some customers call to say that the other hydraulic jacks purchased before will appear oil leakage and cylinder application soon. Abrasion, originally these are due to some inadequate technology and treatment of cylinders, seals, processes caused by inadequate, today we can according to the following points to do a good job of hydraulic jack strength and endurance.           
 1.  Hydraulic cylinder has sufficient strength to temporarily withstand high mission pressure and short static test pressure without permanent deformation.            

 2.  Hydraulic cylinder has sufficient stiffness, which can withstand the reaction of piston lateral force and device without flexion.            

 3.  Under the action of conflict force between inner and outer appearance of hydraulic cylinder and piston seals and guide rings, the wear force can be temporary mission: the dimension and shape grades are enough to ensure the sealing performance of piston seals.             

 4. The cylinder barrel of the hydraulic jack to be welded also requires excellent weldability so that no cracks or excessive deformation will occur after the flange or pipe joint is welded.            

 5. In a word, cylinder is an important part of hydraulic jack. It creates a sealed chamber with cylinder head, cylinder bottom, oil mouth and other parts to tolerate pressure oil. At the same time, it is still the static "track" of piston. When designing the cylinder barrel of hydraulic jack, one-sided dimensions should be accurately determined to ensure that the hydraulic jack has sufficient input force, static speed and useful stroke. At the same time, it must have certain strength, which can withstand hydraulic pressure, load force and unexpected impulse force. The inner and outer appearance of the cylinder barrel should have appropriate level of service. In order to ensure the sealing, static vibration and durability of hydraulic jacks, the appearance of the jacks is rough and the shape and position of the jacks are graded.           
 The common obstacles of hydraulic jack oil filter are the breakage of filter plate and the spraying of material between filter plates. The obstacles of difference  are analyzed and eliminated separately at the bottom.           
 (1)  The common obstacle is the breakage of the filter plate of the box filter press. If the number of damaged filter plate is large, the following factors should be analyzed: 1) the manufacturing quality of the filter plate; 2) the selection of the material of the filter plate and the head of the feed pump match; 3) in the method of diaphragm pressing, the quantity of oil filter plate and the processing quality of the inner steel lining should be studied at the same time. Under normal conditions, the pressure on both sides of the filter plate is in average shape. When the two sides of the filter plate are in a different stage of filtration, that is, one side is filtering and the other side is hydraulic extrusion, the pressure difference between the two sides of the filter plate causes success, thus breaking the filter plate. The reasons are as follows: (1) during the unloading process, the residual mud on both sides of the filter plate is quite different; (2) after the filter press starts to filter, the feeding pump stops for a long time in the middle of the way, and the filter cake with half-flow pattern in the filter chamber sinks differently; and (3) the feed hole of the filter plate is congested.           
 (2)  The spraying phenomenon occurs between the filter plates in the filtering work of the automatic vacuum oil filter with spraying material between the filter plates. The reasons are as follows: (1) folding of the filter cloth occurs on the compressed surface of the filter plate frame; (2) the filter cloth is damaged; (3) lateral bending of the two side beams at different levels (horizontal target); and (4) the thrust plate is not compressed or the pressure of the hydraulic cylinder is small.
