Maintenance method of hydraulic jack
 Hydraulic Jack sometimes appears a little defect in use, so how can we find out the defect through observation, and then repair it by ourselves? As a manufacturer of hydraulic jacks, give you some tips:            

 1.  The working medium of this pump is YC-N46D hydraulic oil, 32# anti-wear  hydraulic oil, and 10# transformer oil, but other grades of oil are not allowed to be changed at will.            

 2. When used for the first time, after filling up the oil, the motor should rotate clockwise. If necessary, please open the rain shield of the motor to see if it is in the right direction. Please point the motor several times and idle for several minutes in order to discharge the air in the oil pipeline.            

 3.  The liquid level of the tank should be kept above the center line of the oil mark to prevent the pump from sucking up. When refueling, 120 mesh filter is used to filter out impurities in the oil. When used regularly, the oil filter is cleaned every two months, the oil tank is cleaned half a year, and new oil is replaced at the same time.            

 4.  The normal working oil temperature is 20-70 C. When the oil temperature is too high, cooling measures should be taken or pumps should be stopped until the oil is fully cooled before use; when the oil temperature is too low, direct work is not allowed, and heating measures should be taken to increase the oil temperature through external heating or low-pressure operation.            

 5.  Before starting the motor, the unloading valve should be opened to prevent the motor from overloading. When the system is multi-directional valve and multi-outlet, more attention should be paid to opening the unloading valve, closing the unloading valve after the normal operation of the oil pump, and  then switching the direction of oil flow by pulling the reversing handle.            

 6.  The jack can not be overloaded, the base is vertical to the lifted weight, and is firmly fixed with the support pad (if vertical lifting is not necessarily fixed). In the process of handling and using, violent vibration of the joint should be avoided. The handle ring screw should be tightened before handling. This product is not suitable for working in corrosive environment.            

 7.  The working pressure of the pump shall not be increased arbitrarily when it leaves the factory. The General operating force of the reversing valve is not more than 100N, and it should be operated accurately. Because the direction of the connection between the reversing valve and the hose is not limited, the reversing valve should be familiar with the position of the reversing valve.            

 8.  High-pressure hoses have been tested under pressure when they leave the  factory. The rated pressure of the test pressure is 1.25 times. However, in long-term use, due to the aging of the colloid, the damage everywhere will cause the decrease of the compressive strength of the hoses. Regular inspection should be paid attention to. Frequent users should check every six months. When checking, pressure test pump is used to pressurize. When pressure is less than 1.25 times of rated pressure, leakage, bulge or blasting must be replaced. When using high-pressure rubber hose, discount and sharp bending should be avoided. Operators should pay attention not to be too close to the rubber hose, in order to avoid blasting and throwing the upper man. Used in fixed occasions, can be replaced by steel pipe.           
 9.  The pump is repaired once a year. All parts are cleaned with kerosene. Attention should be paid to protecting the surface of each part. No random knock should be allowed. After assembly, the moving parts should be flexible and without local blockage.
