​Models of Hydraulic Jacks

 According to the retraction mode, it can be divided into FY-RC single-acting and FY-RR double-acting.           
 FY-RC type separable spring retraction and heavy load retraction. After the lifting is completed, the piston retracts quickly and safely to provide longer service life of the cylinder. FY-RC type is suitable for general use. Its tonnage is generally less than 100 tons and its travel is less than 40 cm.           
 FY-RR double-acting can control the retraction of Jack besides jacking up. The general tonnage is less than 500 tons, and the stroke can reach 120  centimeters.            

 According to the height of the body, it can be divided into FY-RCS thin hydraulic jack, FY-RSM ultra-thin hydraulic jack, FY-STC ultra-low-thin hydraulic jack, FY-UTC ultra-high pressure ultra-low-thin hydraulic jack.           
 FY-RCS is generally less than 100 tons in tonnage, 20 cm in height and less than 10 cm in travel. It is suitable for jacking up, installation and maintenance of equipment in narrow space.             

 FY-RSM typed tonnage is less than 200 tons, its elevation is less than 14 cm and its stroke is less than 4 cm. Its unique compact flat design is not suitable for other jacks.           
 The maximum tonnage of FY-STC type is 200 tons, the height can reach 2 cm, the journey can reach up to 3 cm and 150 Mpa. It is often used for synchronous jacking maintenance of bridges.           
 The FY-UTC type is 200 Mpa of ultra-high pressure, with a load of 300 tons, a travel of up to 18 mm and a cost of up to 35 mm. Mainly used in the main engine adjustment of shipyard, turbine maintenance of power plant and other occasions.           
 The piston rod is hollow with FY-RCH single-acting hollow jack and FY-RRH double-acting hollow jack.           
 FY-RCH type is suitable for processing, maintenance and traction operation. The tonnage is usually up to 100 tons, and the journey can reach 15 cm.           
 FY-RRH type can make full use of the hydraulic traction force produced by FY-RRH type  in longer travel operation. Tonnage can reach 150 tons, travel 25cm.           
 Self-locking with thread can be divided into FY-CLP thin nut locking hydraulic jack and  FY-CLL mechanical nut locking jack.           
 FY-CLP can reach up to 500 tons, travel up to 8 cm and cost up to 19 cm. It is often used for pouring concrete members and supporting bridge erection.           
 The FY-CLL type can reach 1000 tons at a maximum of 95 cm in height and 50 cm in journey. The mechanical nut locking Jack combines the functions of other jacks.The safety of the mechanical load of the jack is suitable for the long-term extension of the piston to sustain the load operation.           
 Large  tonnage hydraulic jack can be divided into FY-CLSG single-acting large tonnage hydraulic jack and FY-CLRG double-acting large tonnage hydraulic jack.           
 FY-CLSG  single-acting, load retraction. It can reach 1000T, travel 50cm, this height is 1m.            

 FY-CLRG double-acting, up to 1000 tons, travel 50cm, this height of 1 meter.
