Safety Notes for Hydraulic Bottle Jacks
 Maintenance and Maintenance          
 1.  Anti-wear hydraulic oils No.32 and No.46 are recommended for working oil of hydraulic press. Oil temperature is in the range of 15-60 degrees Celsius.            

 2.  Hydraulic oil is filtered strictly before it is allowed to be added to the tank.            

 3.  The working oil of hydraulic press should be replaced once a year, and the first time should not exceed three months.            

 4.  The slider of hydraulic press should be injected with lubricating oil regularly, the surface of the column should be kept clean regularly, and the oil should be injected before each operation.            

 5.  The maximum allowable eccentricity of concentrating load is 40mm under nominal  pressure 500T. Excessive eccentricity can easily cause column strain or other  undesirable phenomena.            

 6.  The pressure gauge of the hydraulic press is checked and corrected every six months.            

 7. When the machine is out of service for a long time, the surface of each additional part should be scrubbed and coated with anti-rust oil.            

 Cautions for jack:          
 1.  It is necessary to check whether each department is normal before use.            

 2.  When using, we should strictly abide by the stipulations in the main parameters and avoid super-high overload. Otherwise, when the lifting height or tonnage exceeds the stipulations, serious oil leakage will occur at the top of the cylinder.            

 3.  If the oil quantity of manual hydraulic pump body is insufficient, N33#  hydraulic oil which should be fully filtered should be added to the pump first to work.            

 4.  Please refer to the instructions for the use of electric pumping stations.            

 5.  The center of gravity of heavy objects should be moderately selected, the focus of the jack should be reasonably selected, and the bottom should be padded flat. At the same time, the soft and hard conditions of the ground should be taken into account, and whether the tough wood should be padded smoothly, so as to avoid weight-bearing subsidence or inclination.            

 6.  After the jack lifts the weight, it should support the weight firmly with the support in time. It is forbidden to use the jack as the support. RAMHOIST self-locking jack is recommended for long-term support of heavy objects.            

 7.  If several jacks are needed to lift at the same time, in addition to the correct installation of jacks, multi-jack shunt valves should be used, and the load of each jack should be balanced, and attention should be paid to keeping the lifting speed synchronized. Consideration must also be given to the possible subsidence of the ground due to uneven weight, so as to prevent the danger of the inclination of the weightlifted objects.            

 8.  When in use, the quick joint of the manual hydraulic oil pump is docked with the top, then the position is selected, and the discharging screw on the oil pump is tightened to work. In order to make the piston rod descend, the hand  wheel of the manual oil pump is slightly loosened in counterclockwise direction, and the cylinder is unloaded, so the piston rod descends gradually. Otherwise, too fast a decline would be dangerous.            

 9.  The jack is a spring reset structure. After lifting, the jack can be quickly removed, but the connected hose can’t be used to pull the jack.            

 10.  Because the lifting travel of the jack is small, the user should not exceed the rated travel when using the jack in order to avoid damaging the jack.            

 11.  Violent vibration of Jack should be avoided during use.            

 12.  Not suitable for use in workplaces with acid-base and corrosive gases.            

 13.  Users should check and maintain regularly according to their usage.
