 Failure 1: Piston does not rise            

 1.  There is no oil supply at the pumping station. If this happens, repair the pump.            

 2. The seal of the upper and lower chambers of the cylinder or the left and right chambers of the hydraulic control one-way valve is damaged and communicated. If this happens, replace O-ring and retaining ring.            

 Fault 2: Pressure rise without piston rise            

 1.  Garbage or damage in the quick joint or hose will block up the pipeline. If this happens, please close the motor immediately, check the clean joint or replace the parts, and use compressed air to clean the hose and other channels.            

 2.  The lifting load drops and the sealing gasket of the hydraulic control one-way valve is damaged. Sealing elements wear and tear, resulting in leakage; if this situation occurs, please replace the gasket, replace the sealing elements.            

 Failure 3: Piston lifting can not drop            

 1.  Piston deforms when overload or eccentric load is too large. If this happens, please repair or replace the piston.            

 2.  The pipeline is blocked. If this happens, the motor should be shut down immediately to check the clean connector or to replace the parts, and the hose should be blown clean with compressed air.            

 3.  The one-way valve stem did not push the steel ball away. If this happens, please change the stem.
