 Inspection before operation of screw jack           
 1.  Before use, it is necessary to check whether the jack is normal, whether the parts are flexible, lubricated, whether the conditions meet the requirements, and correctly estimate the weight of the weight, select the appropriate tonnage of the screw jack, avoid overloading.            

 2.  Insert the handle into the rocker hole, move the handle up and down, and the  weight rises accordingly.            

 3.  When the red warning line appears on the lifting sleeve, the handle should be stopped immediately. If the jack is to be lowered to the opposite direction at the end of the operation, the weight will begin to drop.            

 Correct operation of screw jack           
 1.  Keep the surface of the body clean regularly, check regularly whether the internal structure is in good condition, so that the pinion in the rocker is flexible and reliable, and the lifting sleeve can be lifted and lowered freely.            

 2.  The friction surface between the lifting sleeve and the shell must be oiled at any time, and other oil holes should be oiled and lubricated regularly.            

 3.  In order to take into account the safety in use, avoid overloading and working with illness, it is not appropriate to use multiple sets to avoid danger.            

 4.  Before the screw jack does not lift the weight, it rotates 360 degrees in the lifting direction to tighten the weight, and then the booster bar can be set up and down to press.

 Matters needing attention:           
 1. Screw jack can be used flat and upright. It can't be tilted. The ground must be flat. The ground of the base should be stable to ensure the lifting of heavy objects.            

 2. When more than two helical jacks are used together, the lifting weight can not be superimposed. For example, when two 50-ton jacks are used together, the maximum lifting weight is 50 tons instead of 100 tons. The lifting or descending speed of the jack should be kept in synchronization, so as to avoid the deviation or shaking of the weight and ensure safe operation.            

 3. Before use, check whether the internal parts are in good condition, prevent working in bad condition, check regularly and prohibit overloading.            

 4. There should be no obstruction in the range of shaking action to ensure normal  work.            

 5. Do not expose the screw jack outdoors for a long time in order to prevent the internal parts from rusting and affect the flexibility of the cooperation of the parts.
