Reasons and Treatment Method of Hollow Rotation of screw Jack
 Screw Jack will inevitably encounter the problem of idling in the process of using. This kind of problem seldom occurs in our factory's screw jack. The lifter will be rolled down before the products leave the factory, and the goods will be delivered only after they can be used normally. But it is not entirely avoidable, if such a problem arises, how to solve it?  

 First, we need to find out the reasons and deal with them according to the actual situation.            

 Reason 1: The button on the shaking hand does not rotate 180 degrees         

 Processing method: When using, first rotate the button 180 degrees, then shake hands, so that the weight rises.            

 Reason  2: No heavy objects were placed on the jack.            

 Processing method: It is necessary to place a certain weight on the screw jack. When there is pressure, the lifting cylinder will rise, thus lifting the weight.            

 Reason  3: The groove of the lifting drum is separated from the key sheath of the  shell, which causes the lifting drum and the screw to rotate together without lifting force.           

 Processing method: Remove the shell from the base, re-align the groove and the key sheath, and then install, so that it can be used normally.            

 Reason  4: The copper nut and the lifting drum rotate together, the copper nut is not  fixed properly, resulting in the lifting drum has no lifting force.            

 Processing method: The screw jack is disassembled, the lifting drum and the copper nut are found, the copper nut and the lifting drum are re-fixed and re-assembled, and the lifting drum can be used normally after completion.

 For those who have not been exposed to the mechanical industry, screw jack may be a strange word, do not know what to do. In the hardware machinery industry, screw jacks are compact, lightweight and easy to carry. They are widely used in the construction and installation of metro, high-speed railway and bridges, as well as in warehouses, wharfs, construction projects and any other lifting operations.            

 Usage method:            

 (1)  Before use, lubricating oil should be added and the filling hole should be on the shaking hand to ensure better use effect.            

 (2)  Choose a proper tonnage screw jack according to the weight of lifting objects, and do not overload it, so as to prevent damage to heavy objects and screw jacks and ensure personal safety.            

 (3)  First of all, it is necessary to ensure that the landing base is flat and the  height of the screw jack is lower than that of the goods to be lifted, so as to facilitate lifting.            

 (4)  Insert the rocker into the rocking hole, rocking the rocker up and down. If it  does not rise, rotate something like a button 180 degrees, then rocking it up and down again. The lifting drum lifts the weight and the weight rises  accordingly. When red warning line appears on the lifting drum, rocker shaking should be stopped immediately to ensure the normal use of the lifting drum and avoid danger.            

 (5)  If it is necessary to lower the weight, rotate the button 180 degrees, and operate the same as when rising. The weight will begin to decrease with the lifting drum.
