 1.  The electronic floor scale must be used during the verification period.
 2.  There should be a warning board next to the electronic scale:
 1)  The speed limit of entering and exiting electronic floor scale is 5km/h.
 2)  Mark the rated weight of the electronic floor scale to prevent the over floor scale weighing.
 3.  Preparatory work before the use of electronic scale:
 1)  Check whether the meter connection line of the electronic scale is in good condition;
 2)  Whether the lead seal of the weighing display is intact, to prevent the setting parameters of the weighing display from being modified and the measurement data from being accurate.
 3)  Check whether there is any debris on the surface of the electronic scale body and the bottom of the scale.
 4)  Check whether the horizontal limit device and anti-overload limit device of the electronic ground scale body are normal.
 5)  Before using the electronic floor scale, the electronic floor scale meter should be turned on and preheated for 30 minutes.
 4.  Matters needing attention when using the electronic floor scale:
 1)  The weighman of the company should ask the total weight of the measured car and the loaded goods, and should not exceed the rated weight of the electronic floor scale to avoid damage to the electronic floor scale.
 2)  It is necessary to ensure that the metered car can reach the electronic scale in a straight line according to the specified speed, and gently brake.
 3)  Try to park in the center of the scale platform of the electronic scale.
 4)  After waiting for the car to stop, read the display reading and record or print at the same time.
 5.  After the use of the electronic scale, clean the scattered items on the platform of the electronic scale in a timely manner, especially the corrosive chemicals, to prevent corrosion and damage to the electronic scale.
 6.  Power should be cut off when the car stops after work. It is strictly forbidden for the car to stay on the scale platform for a long time.
 7.  If there is any fault in the electronic scale, it should stop using immediately and ask professional personnel to repair. During the repair, if there is any change in the sensor, it can only be used after re-verification.
 8.  During thunder, the electronic floor scale must be stopped immediately, shut down and cut off the power.
 In a word, due to the high price of electronic floor scale, in order to make it in the best operating condition for a long time, its correct use and regular maintenance is essential.
