An indispensable safety accessory for electric hoist is the limiter and guide rope, which can effectively prevent top guard against bad accidents and garbage accidents.
The maintenance method of steel wire ropes should be correct. When the rope works, oil (must use steel grease or thin oil, cannot use butter) on the top of the rope on the roller or pulley, so that it naturally suck into the rope, which is the correct method of refueling.
The operation mode should stick to the way of moving. In order to improve the operator's working conditions, some units move the control box mounted on the hoist to the wall, and the operator can sit on the chair "remote control command", but this way increases the probability of the accident. Therefore, the control box should be installed in the electric hoist which is not too long in the control line so that the operator can move with the gourd when operating at the level, so that the operation of the equipment can be observed at any time, and the accident can be avoided.
The regular maintenance system is strictly enforced. Electric hoists and other lifting appliances must be regularly maintained according to safety regulations. In addition to regular maintenance (including replacement of electrical parts), electric hoists should be servicing regularly, and wear parts must be replaced in time.
