Common Faults and Maintenance of Electric pallet stacker
Common faults of electric pallet stacker are: the speed of driving wheel is obviously decreased or the driving motor is seriously overloaded, the lifting is weak or unable to lift, the automatic tilt of gantry is difficult or the movement is not smooth enough, the pressure of oil pump is insufficient or the speed is too slow, the circuit is not working properly, etc. How to solve these problems?           
Driving wheel speed decreases, driving motor is seriously overloaded: driving wheel speed decreases or driving motor is seriously overloaded mainly because the battery voltage is too low or the contact resistance of the pile head is too large, cleaning the pile head can reduce resistance, battery voltage is low and new batteries need to be replaced; carbon deposition between the commutator pieces of the motor causes the chip. Inter-short circuit can also cause such a fault, which is also caused by improper adjustment of motor brake, which results in motor brake operation and drive head gearbox, lack of lubrication of bearings or base obstruction, motor armature short circuit. The solutions to these problems are: cleaning commutator, adjusting brake clearance, checking and cleaning, refilling lubricant, clearing card group and replacing motor.           
Excessive wear of gear pump and pump body: Excessive wear of gear pump and pump body of  electric pallet stacker and improper pressure of relief valve without reversing valve will lead to inadequate lifting or unable to lift. It is necessary to replace gear pump, and improper pressure can be adjusted. In addition, oil leakage of hydraulic pipeline, excessive temperature of hydraulic oil, blockage of gantry sliding frame and low speed of motor are also causes of inability to lift. The solution is to check the oil leakage area of hydraulic pipeline, replace unqualified hydraulic oil and check the reason of oil temperature rise, adjust gantry sliding frame and so on. Check the motor fault and remove it.            

Inclined and unbalanced portal frame of pallet stacker: The reasons for the difficulty of automatic inclination of portal frame of pallet stacker or the lack of smooth movement are: failure of valve stem spring in reversing valve; excessive wear of  inclined cylinder wall and sealing ring; excessive fouling in inclined cylinder or excessive compression of seals; bending of piston wall or piston rod. The solution is that the spring should be replaced immediately when the spring fails; the seal ring should be replaced immediately if the wear is serious, and if the cylinder is also worn seriously, the cylinder should be replaced; the  dirt in the cylinder should be cleaned and cleaned, and the seals can be adjusted if they are too tight, and the damaged parts of piston should be replaced immediately.            

The oil pump pressure is insufficient and the lifting speed slows down obviously: the insufficient pressure or the slow speed of the oil pump is due to the damage of the seal ring in the pump cover groove or the serious wear and tear of the gears; the speed of the motor of the oil pump decreases and foreign matter blockage in the pipeline. To solve these problems, replace the damaged sealing ring or gear. If the speed of oil pump motor decreases, the position of carbon brush may be incorrect or the carbon deposit between the sheets, so only the position of carbon brush needs to be clear or adjusted; if the foreign body blockage occurs, it needs to be cleaned out.           
 Circuit malfunction: Circuit malfunction may be caused by damage or inappropriate position adjustment of the micro-switch in the electrical box, which can be achieved by replacing the micro-switch and readjusting the position; If the fuse of the main circuit or the fuse of the control electric appliance is fused, only the fuse of the same type needs to be replaced; Battery voltage is too low conductivity. If the contact is burnt or dirt is too much, the contact can be repaired, adjusted or replaced; if the contact does not move, it may be that the contact coil breaks should be checked and solved immediately, or the contactor should be replaced.
