Hydraulic transmission characteristics of electric pallet truck
 Part  1: Basic Principles of Hydraulic Transmission
 The basic principle of hydraulic transmission is to use pressure oil as working medium to realize energy conversion and power transmission in a sealed container. The liquid is called working medium, generally mineral oil. Its function is similar to that of belt, chain and gear in mechanical transmission. Hydraulic transmission is based on Pascal principle! Pascal's principle is that in a closed environment, a force is exerted on the liquid, which will transmit the force in all directions. The force does not change! Hydraulic transmission uses this physical property to exert a force on an object.

 Part  2: Advantages of Hydraulic Drive
 (1)  Small size, light weight, so inertia force is small, when suddenly overloaded or parked, there will be no big impact;

 (2)  It can adjust the traction speed smoothly and automatically in a given range, and can realize the infinite speed regulation of pallet truck.

 (3)  Pallet truck is easy to change direction. Without changing the direction of motor rotation, it is more convenient to realize the conversion of working mechanism rotation and linear reciprocating motion.

 (4)  Hydraulic pumps and hydraulic motors are connected by tubing, and there is no strict restriction on their spatial arrangement.

 (5)  Because of the use of oil as working medium, the components can lubricate themselves relative to the moving surface, so that the wear is small and the service life is long.

 (6)  The control of pallet truck is simple and highly automated.

 (7)  It is easy to realize overload protection.

 Part  3: Defects of Hydraulic Drive
 (1)  The use of hydraulic transmission requires high maintenance requirements, and the working oil should always be kept clean;

 (2)  The manufacturing precision of hydraulic components is high, the process is complex and the cost is high.

 (3)  The maintenance of hydraulic components is complex and requires high technical level.

 (4) Oil is used as working medium, and there are fire hazards in the working face.

 (5) Low transmission efficiency.

 Part  4: Composition of Hydraulic Transmission System
 Hydraulic system mainly consists of five parts: power component (oil pump), actuator component (oil cylinder or hydraulic motor), control component (various valves), auxiliary component and working medium.

 (1) Power element (oil pump)

Its function is to use liquid to convert the mechanical energy of the prime mover into hydraulic force energy; it is the power part of the hydraulic transmission.

 (2)  Actuator (cylinder, hydraulic motor)
 It converts hydraulic energy of liquid into mechanical energy. Among them, the cylinder moves in a straight line and the motor rotates.

 (3)  Control elements
 It includes pressure valve, flow valve and direction valve. Their function is to adjust the speed of the hydraulic motor steplessly according to the need, and to control the pressure, flow rate and flow direction of the working fluid in the hydraulic system.
