 1.What is the maximum lifting weight and load center? What is their relationship?

 Answer: When the center of gravity of cargo and the center of load are in the same vertical line, the maximum weight of the pallet truck can load and unload cargo is called the maximum lifting weight of the pallet truck; the horizontal distance between the center of gravity of standard load and the front wall of the vertical section of the pallet truck is called the load center of the pallet truck. Usually, the load center is stipulated in the design according to the standard, that is to say, the load center of pallet truck trucks with different lifting weights is different in general. When the center of gravity of the goods is within the  scope of the load center, pallet truck can carry out loading and unloading operation with the maximum lifting weight, otherwise the stability of pallet truck will be destroyed and accident prone.

 2  What is the stability of pallet trucks?

 Answer: The stability of pallet truck refers to the ability of pallet truck to resist  overturning during loading and unloading operations and driving on various roads. It can be divided into longitudinal stability and lateral stability. Longitudinal stability refers to the ability of pallet trucks to resist longitudinal tipping around axles. Lateral stability refers to the ability of pallet truck to resist rollover and sideslip.

 3.  How should the fork and door frame stop after the pallet truck works?

 Answer: Pallet truck must be lowered to the ground after work, and the gantry should be restored to its original position (center vertical). The purpose is to provide unloading  protection for the hydraulic system, so as to avoid the deformation and damage of the components (especially the sealing elements) in the hydraulic system due to long-term compression.

 6.  What are the reasons why fork lifting speed is too slow and can't be lifted?

 Answer:The reasons for the slow rise are as follows:

 (1)  Abrasion or leakage of oil pump

 (2)  Distributor safety valve spring pressure is too low or steel ball and seat wear

 (3)  Distributor lifting cylinder and lifting stem clearance is too large

 (4)  Excessive clearance between lifting cylinder and piston, or aging and damage of leather bowl

 (5)  Oil leakage in pipelines or joints

 (6)  One-way throttle valve is not working

 Reasons why forks can't lift

 (1)  Oil shortage in tank

 (2)  Blockage of tubing joints or serious oil leakage

 (3)  Damage of oil pump

 (4)  Safety valve spring breaks or produces permanent deformation
