What's the reason why pallet trucks don't go?
 Pallet trucks are mainly divided into two categories: diesel pallet trucks and electric pallet trucks: the current electric pallet trucks, no matter what brand, will have a set of electronic controllers, there will also be instrumentation display devices. When a pallet truck breaks down, we should first observe the LCD screen or alarm lamp on the truck, whether there is any display or flashing lamp, and then check the instructions of the truck to see  what the fault code represents. If the motor of pallet lift can work, it can be explained that the battery is in the electronic control box. The circuit before the insurance is good, and the lifting part is not bad, because the lifting and walking are two circuits, which are two separate sets of independent working electronic control. Then the most common malfunction is that the switch of the hand brake is blocked and there is no normal reset. The accelerator, that is, the throttle, is also blocked or burned out. It does not return to zero. The electronic control can not detect the gear voltage, and the protection is stopped. Pallet direction switch plug wire contact is not good, or the direction switch middle line contact is not good, and then look at the motor brush is not  too serious wear and tear, the electronic control box, the various switch plugs are not in bad contact. If failures can not be solved, the following pallet parts of Pallet trucks shall be inspected one by one:           
 1.  The socket of starting switch is loose and falls off.            

 Maintenance methods: repair or direct replacement            

 2.  The fuse fused.            

 Maintenance Method: Direct Replacement            

 3.  Battery connection pile is loose and plug is damaged.            

 Maintenance methods: prying or replacing             

 4.  Battery capacitance is insufficient.            

 Maintenance methods: overhaul or recharge replacement, and also check whether the charger can work properly charging.            

 5.  The operation is incorrect, the front and rear lever is not in the middle or the micro switch is damaged.

 Maintenance method: control rod positioning and replacement of micro switch           

 6. Hydraulic oil tank is insufficient and its lifting is not in place.            

 Maintenance method: First refuel, then check where there is oil leakage, then repair and replace.            

 7.  Blockage of filter screen of hydraulic oil filter element.            

 Maintenance methods: cleaning or replacement           

 8.  The driving motor works, but the car doesn't go.            

 Maintenance method: Dismantle and check the drive gear box to see which gears are broken and replace the new one. If there is a half axle car, check the lower half  axle.           

 9. The drive motor is electrified, but it can't move without turning the car.           

 Maintenance method: Check whether the drive motor is burnt out, whether the carbon brush is worn out, and then lift  the car to see if there is a hairpin phenomenon on the wheels of the car.            

 10.  The drive motor did not reach the electricity and the car did not respond.           

 Maintenance methods: First check the power supply, to the insurance, main contactor, controller, accelerator,  reversing driving contactor, bypass contactor, regenerative contactor, current sensor, module, diode, module board and so on, one by one check where burnt out, replace new parts.
