What are the overhaul rules for pallet trucks?
 First, pallet power system           
 1.  Replace the following parts: cylinder liner, spindle bush, connecting rod bush, thrust vane, intake and exhaust valve, valve conduit, push rod, tappet, camshaft bushing, bearing, cylinder head cushion, vehicle paper cushion, oil seal, oil filter element, air filter element, fuel filter element, transmission belt, preheating plug, spark plug, fire separation Head, flywheel ring, friction disc, and all vulnerable parts and damaged parts.           
 2.  Overhaul the following parts: oil channel, water channel, radiator, starter, generator, coolant pump, injector, crankshaft, carburetor, valve seat ring, etc.           
 3.  No leakage phenomenon, to achieve the power performance of the factory.           

 Second, Pallet Drive System           
 1.  Drive axle: replace worn bearings, oil seals, worn gears, thrust pads and all damaged parts, repair pelvic teeth, adjust gear clearance.           
 2.  Transmission: replacement of worn bearings, oil seals, worn gears, paper cushions, overhaul of shifters and forks.            

 Third, Pallet Steering System           
 1.  Steering axle: replacement of worn bearings, bushings at both ends, three connecting plate main pins, steering knuckle main pins and damaged parts, maintenance of spare parts pull rods and ball heads.           
 2.  Steering gear: replace damaged parts and repair steering pump. - 3) Steering cylinder: replace oil seal, brush or bend piston rod.            

 Fourth, Pallet Brake System           
 1.  Brake master pump: replacement of leather bowl and damaged parts.           
 2.  Brake pump: change the leather bowl or assembly.           
 3.  Brake: Replace shoes and damaged parts.           
 4.  Parking brake: replacement of damaged parts.            

 Fifth, pallet lifting system           
 1.Lift and tilt hydraulic cylinders: replace seals and plunger or bent piston  rods.           

 2. Portal frame and sliding frame: replace the damaged rollers, adjust the clearance of side rollers, and correct the deformed portal frame.           

 Sixth, pallet hydraulic system           
 1.  Testing multi-way reversing valves, monostable valves and hydraulic pumps which do not meet the technical requirements shall be overhauled or replaced.           
 2.  Hydraulic pipeline: All damaged or leaky joints shall be replaced.            

 Seventh, Electrical System of Pallet Truck           
 1.  Replace the whole vehicle line assembly.           
 2.  Replacement of damaged lamp bulbs.           
 3.  Replace all inductors and switches.           
 4.  Replace all damaged instruments.            

 Eigthth, assembly according to the new vehicle assembly process.           
 Paint           
 1.  Colour separation of paints according to customer requirements.           
 2.  Spray paint according to customer requirements or new car painting process.           

 Tenth, pallet truck test and inspection shall be checked and accepted according to the test procedures and new vehicle inspection standards.           
 The minor repair process of pallet truck is basically the same as that of overhaul, but the technical requirements are relaxed appropriately.
