 Pallet truck will encounter the problem of pallet truck weakness in the use process, I believe you will often be troubled by this problem. Today I'd like to introduce to you how to solve the problem of pallet truck powerlessness.             

 1.  Insufficient oil supply of oil pump needs to be repaired or replaced.            

 2.  The air filter is blocked and the air intake is not smooth. It needs to be replaced or cleaned.            

 3.  Diesel filters are blocked and need to be replaced            

 4.  Insufficient oil supply in low-pressure oil pipeline, blockage of gas tank vent, blockage of oil pipe, loosening of broken joint and improper gasket sealing. It is necessary to find out the fault to clear the oil pipeline and replace it.            

 5.  There is air or water in the fuel system, which can exclude air or water.            

 6.  Improper adjustment of throttle pull line needs to be adjusted.            

 7.  The exhaust pipe or muffler is blocked and the exhaust is not smooth. It needs to be cleaned.            

 8.  If the pallet truck's temperature is too high, check the cooling system to find out the fault and remove it.            

 9.  The fuel injection quantity of the fuel injection pump is insufficient, so the fuel injection pump needs to be calibrated.            

 10.  Individual injectors do not atomize properly. It is necessary to find out where the cylinder fails to replace or repair the injector.            

 11.  The injection time is too early or too late and needs to be adjusted.            

 12.  Cylinder pressure is too low due to mechanical factors. The mechanical factors are: the valve closure of valve train is not strict and the wear of piston,  piston ring and cylinder liner is serious. Valve clearance is usually adjusted, valve re-grinding or replacement of pistons, piston rings and enamels, grinding cylinder liners, etc.            

 High water temperature is also an important reason. The water tank is used for heat  dissipation, and this way of heat dissipation is air-cooled, that is, the fan  driven by the truck.            

 Therefore, the reasons for the high water temperature are as follows:           
 1.  The thermostat is stuck and can't be opened. At this time, water can only circulate in a small way, not through the radiator.            

 2.  The inside of the water tank is dirty and the water is not fluent. This can be used to measure the temperature of the water tank up and down with a thermometer gun. If the temperature is blocked, the temperature below will be very low.            

 3.  Insufficient fan speed and clutch failure.            

 4.  The rubber strip around the radiator is damaged or not. At this time, the eddy current will be generated and the hot air will be circulated, which will not achieve the cooling effect.           

 5.  As for the fifth point, it is easy to overlook whether the alarm will be wrong and the sensor is broken. It is also possible that the computer is very wooden, just looking at the data and not looking at the facts.
