What are the main technical performance parameters of pallet truck?
The data describing the structural characteristics and working performance of pallet trucks are called the technical parameters of pallet trucks. The technical parameters of pallet trucks are divided into three categories: performance parameters, size parameters and weight parameters.

The main performance parameters of pallet truck include rated lifting weight, load center distance, maximum lifting height, free lifting height, gantry inclination, maximum lifting speed, maximum driving speed, maximum climbing  degree, minimum transition radius, engine (motor, battery) performance index, etc.

The main dimension parameters are: outline size (length, width, height), wheelbase, front and rear wheelbase, minimum ground clearance, etc.

The main weight parameters are: dead weight, no-load front axle load, no-load rear axle load, full-load front axle load, full-load rear axle load, etc.

 1.  Rated lifting weight: stipulate the maximum quality of pallet lifting cargo.

 2.  Load center distance: the distance from the center of gravity of rated lifting cargo to the front surface of the vertical section of fork. It is expressed as "mm". According to the different rated lifting weight, the corresponding load center distance is stipulated as the reference value.

 3.  Maximum lifting height at rated lifting weight: Under rated lifting weight, the fork rises to the highest position, the portal frame is vertical, and the vertical distance from the ground to the upper plane of the fork.

 4.  Free lifting height: under the condition of no load, vertical gantry and constant gantry height, the maximum vertical distance from the upper plane of the fork to the ground.

 5.  Portal frame forward inclination angle and portal frame backward inclination angle: The maximum inclination angle of portal frame forward or backward relative to the vertical position under no load condition.

 6.  Full-load, unloaded maximum lifting speed: In the rated lifting weight or unloaded state, fork or belongs to the maximum lifting speed.

 7.  Full-load, unloaded maximum operating speed: In the rated lifting weight or unloaded state, the vehicle cares about the highest speed on the whole hard road.

 8.  Maximum gradient: The maximum gradient that a vehicle can climb when driving steadily at a prescribed speed without load or rated lifting weight.

 9.  Minimum radius of change: In no-load condition, the vehicle travels forward or backward at low speed, turns left or right, and when the steering wheel is at  the maximum turning angle, the maximum distance from the outside of the vehicle to the turning center.

 10.  Pallet  length: the horizontal distance from the tip of the fork to the end of the body of the balanced pallet.

 11.  Pallet width: the maximum horizontal distance between the two sides of the pallet.

 12.  Pallet height: the vertical distance from the ground to the top of the pallet.

 13.  Axle base: Horizontal distance between front and rear axle centerlines.

 14.  Wheel spacing: The distance between the center of the contact surface between the left and right wheels of the same bridge and the ground. Tyres of multiple wheels are measured at the central point.

 15.  Minimum ground clearance: Vertical distance from the lowest point to the ground, except wheels, under rated lifting weight or unloaded condition.

 16.  Deadweight: The quality of a vehicle under no-load condition.

 17.  Bridge Load: The vertical load that the pallet truck bears under the condition of no load or rated starting capacity.
