Safety Measures of Manual Stacker            

1. Loose rope and broken rope protection device: When the lifting wire rope of the  manual stacker is loose or broken, the power supply of the lifting motor is cut off automatically, and the brake of the loading platform is stuck on the column to avoid the falling of the loading platform.            

2. Manual stacker has overload protection device. When the load exceeds 10% of the rated lifting weight, it automatically cuts off the power supply of the lifting motor.            

3. Manual stacker is equipped with lifting limit switch and mechanical buffer  double protection device. When the cargo platform exceeds the normal lifting stroke and reaches the upper and lower limit positions, trigger the switch, automatically cut off

the power supply of the lifting motor, and the cargo platform will stop running. In addition, in addition to the upper and lower limit positions, a buffer block with good impact resistance is added to force the loading platform to stop running.            

4. Manual stacker is equipped with double protection devices of limit switch and mechanical buffer block. When the manual stacker exceeds the normal running distance and reaches the left and right limit position, trigger the switch, automatically

cut off the power supply of the running motor, and the stacker  will stop running. In addition, a buffer with good impact resistance is added  to the left and right limit positions to force the stacker to stop running. The force acting on the buffer block is

calculated under the conditions of full  load and high speed walking of the stacker.            

5. Manual emergency stop button is installed on the manual stacker, which can cut off the total power supply of the stacker in case of emergency.
