Safety Measures of Manual Stacker

 1.  Electrical interlocking protection of manual stacker.            

 2.  Manual stackers operated at multiple locations are interlocked to ensure that the stackers can only be operated from one location at a given time.            

 3.  There should be interlocking among different control modes to ensure that only one control mode is allowed in manual, semi-automatic, automatic and computer on-line control at a certain time.            

 4.  When the fork is not in the middle position (when the fork is not in the  correct position) or when the fork is in action, the manual stacker will be  locked when it is moving and high-speed lifting; when the manual stacker is  walking, high-speed lifting or when the manual stacker fails, the fork will be locked.            

 5.  The control circuit should also have the following conventional interlocking and protection: voltage loss protection, zero position protection of operation switch, positive and reverse interlocking of motor, interlocking of different speed levels, short circuit and overload protection.            

 6.  Manual stacker is equipped with sound alarm device. Before the operation mechanism starts, it should send out sound signal first.            

 7.  Manual stacker has the function of fault alarm and self-diagnosis.            

 8.  All gateways/doors automatically cut off the power supply when the manual  stacker is out of power in an emergency.            

 9.  The loading platform is equipped with cargo oversize and collapse detection to avoid accidents caused by cargo exceeding the manual stacker.            

 10.  Loading desk is equipped with empty and real goods detection to confirm whether the goods are in stock or not, avoid duplicate storage, and stop delivery and  alarm when goods are found.            

 11.  The fork is equipped with a limit switch and a mechanical limit block. The fork is equipped with the first section and the second section of the fork centering detection to prevent the misoperation of the fork when the manual stacker is walking and lifting. At the same time, the terminal of fork operation is equipped with limit switch and mechanical limit block to ensure the safe operation of manual stacker in the railroad roadway.            

 12. The fork is equipped with a torsion limiter. When the fork reaches out and meets obstacles, when the resistance reaches the specified value, the fork's torsion limiter slips and  the fork stops extending.            

 13.  A rail cleaner is arranged in front of the walking wheel of the manual  stacker.           

 14. The safety factor of hoisting wire rope selected by manual stacker is greater than 6.           

 15. Safety protection devices are installed in locations that are easy to check and maintain.
