Manual Pallet Stacker Truck Maintenance Tips
 Manual pallet truck is the most simple, effective and most common handling and  handling tool in pallet transportation. It is widely used in logistics, warehouse, factory and so on. All the operations of electric transporter are  controlled by electric power system. It does not need manpower operation. It has high efficiency, flexible operation and fast handling speed. It is a relatively time-saving and labor-saving transporting tool. Widely used in logistics, warehouses, shopping malls, workshops, schools, airports and so on.
 Stacker truck is also called stacker truck and pallet stacker truck. It is divided into manual stacker truck and electric stacker truck. Among them, electric stacker truck is divided into semi-electric and full-electric. Suitable for operation in narrow passageway and limited space. It is an ideal tool for palletizing goods in elevated warehouses, supermarkets and workshops.
 1.  Oil pump: Oil pump is the key part of all manual pallet stacker trucks. Once the oil pump has a problem, that is to say, the stacker truck will stop  working, even if the other parts are good and there is no damage, it will not be able to work again. The oil pump is composed of many parts, among which dust ring, O-ring, steel ball and other parts are the most likely to be troubled. Once these parts are found to be in trouble or worn or damaged in the use  process, the simplest solution is to replace these parts.           
 2.  Cylinder: Cylinder plays an important role in the whole lifting process of manual pallet stacker, because it is through it to achieve the rise and fall of goods. Therefore, if the fork rack can not be lowered or raised, the reasons are as follows: first, the piston rod and cylinder may be damaged due to overloading or unbalanced loading of the cargo when it is loaded; second, the piston rod is exposed for a long time and rusted, which hinders the smooth movement of the piston; third, the adjusted nut and hexagonal nut are not correct.  At this time, according to the judgment, replace the piston rod or cylinder, reduce the car to the minimum when not using the stacker, and readjust the  nut.           
 3.  Oil seal: Oil seal is the key component between the piston rod and cylinder of  the sealing cylinder. Generally, it is equipped with imported sealing rings. Mainly good sealing, wear resistance, long use time. 70% of the oil leakage occurs on the oil seal. If oil leakage is found, timely inspection, such as  aging and breakage of the seal ring, replace the high-quality seal ring.           
 4.  Wheels: Stacking wheels are a kind of wear and tear products. Stacking goods will wear if they are used for a long time, and the wheels of the stacking truck can be divided into many kinds, such as nylon wheel, PU wheel, polyurethane wrapped nylon, rubber wheel, bakelite wheel, etc. Most palletizers are equipped with nylon wheels because they are popular in the market and  cheap, but have poor wear and noise when walking. Stacked wheels are worn to a certain extent. Please replace them in time. They are expensive and cheap. Customers choose them.           
 5.  Lever rack: Lever rack is the key component connecting oil pump and push rod. The lifting support of hydraulic cylinder and the stacking load of goods are supported and balanced by lever rack. Owing to the overload and unbalanced  load, the phenomenon of overload and unbalanced load may often lead to the deformation or fracture of lever rack. The manual pallet stacker can not work properly, so contact the manufacturer or choose to replace the lever rack in the market.
