What is the composition of the Manual pallet device?
 Manual pallet truck working device is the working part of loading and unloading operation. It bears all the load and completes the forking, lifting, landing  and loading and unloading of goods. It is one of the important components of pallet. Now let's look at the composition of the working device of the pallet truck.           
 1. The inner portal frame is located on the inner side of the outer portal frame, and the upper crossbeam is equipped with lifting sprockets. Longitudinal and lateral rollers are installed on the outer wall of the inner portal frame for rolling in the outer portal frame to reduce the motion resistance.           
 2.  The lifting chain bypasses the lifting sprocket on the inner portal frame, one end is fixed on the cross beam of the outer portal frame, and the other end is connected to the manual pallet truck. When the plunger rod of the lifting cylinder is lifted, the cargo can be lifted by the inner gantry and fork  rack.           
 3.  The basic type of the portal frame of the pallet truck is two-stage portal  frame. The arrangement of the internal and external portal frames can be divided into overlapping type, parallel type and comprehensive type. The  external portal frame posts are generally grooved and can be pressed and welded by profiled steel. The outer portal frame plays a guiding role in the movement of the inner portal frame. Its two parallel columns are firmly welded together  with the upper, middle and bottom beams.           
 4. The inner portal frame column is made of grooved, I-shaped or special-shaped steel structure. Its two parallel columns are firmly welded together by upper and lower crossbeams.           
 The  corrosion of manual pallet truck is not only related to environment but also to its own structure.            
 Pallet truck is mainly divided into diesel pallet truck and battery pallet truck. Most of the diesel pallet trucks are used in ports, wharfs and industrial and mining sites, and the use environment is relatively bad, especially in the port and chemical industry, due to the combined effects of subtropical, humid tropical, marine climate environment and industrial exhaust gas and dust, resulting in  the corrosion damage of pallet parts, which is more serious; while the battery pallet trucks are mostly used. In indoor places such as warehouses, the environment changes little and the corrosion caused by environmental factors is relatively light.           
 Corrosion environment inside the pallet truck, such as high temperature generated by the engine, combustion exhaust gas containing sulphur and chloride ions, acid mist  and leakage from the battery, stress caused by vibration and impact in work,  local damage caused by friction and collision are also the main causes of corrosion damage of pallet truck parts.            
The main mechanism of metal corrosion is that the original metal is converted into metal oxides, resulting in rust, damage or even can not be repaired and scrapped. The aging of non-metallic materials such as paints, rubber and  fiberglass reinforced plastics fibers is mainly due to the physical and chemical changes of polymer structure, such as cracking, degradation and dissolution, resulting in the decline of appearance and performance. It can be seen that the design structure, applied materials, technology and protective measures of pallet truck itself directly determine the corrosion resistance of pallet truck.
