Improvement of Respirator for Hydraulic Fuel Tank of Manual pallet Truck           

 Hydraulic oil tank of pallet truck is an open structure commonly used in industry. The gas in the oil tank communicates with the atmosphere through the respirator. When the oil return pipe returns, the excess air in the oil tank is discharged through the respirator. Preliminary analysis of fuel injection is due to insufficient ventilation in the ventilator, but after removing the respirator for a period of time, the problem still exists. Remove the oil cap and test it. After a period of work, the hydraulic oil is directly ejected from the oil cap.           

The brake pump, steering gear, multi-way valve and portal cylinder return pipe orifice are arranged on the hydraulic oil level, and the pipe orifice is opposite to the steel suction pipe. Field observation shows that when the load of the working device decreases, a large amount of oil returns quickly and sprays into the suction pipe at high speed after passing through the orifice of the return pipe, resulting in intense splash. When the temperature of hydraulic oil rises, a large number of oil droplets and oil mist will be produced in the tank, which makes the air pressure in the tank rise sharply. These oils, droplets and mists are eventually expelled quickly through respirators. Because of the blocking effect of the filter screen, oil droplets and oil mist accumulate more and more on the filter screen when they pass through the respirator. Under the action of the pressure difference inside and outside the tank, the hydraulic oil ejects from the respirator at high speed. Because of the above problems in the hydraulic tank, the position of the oil return pipe on the hydraulic tank is rearranged after research.The specific methods are as follows: The return pipe  of brake pump, the return pipe of steering gear and the return pipe of multiple  valves are all arranged below the hydraulic oil level. The positions of the return port and the suction pipe are staggered, and the distance between the return port and the respirator is widened as far as possible. After rearranging the oil return pipe of the manual pallet truck, the three oil return ports with frequent oil return are below the liquid level, avoiding droplets or oil mist caused by high speed oil return impacting the oil suction pipe, and eliminating the phenomenon of fuel injection from the oil tank respirator. In addition, this improvement also plays a protective role for hydraulic components, and can extend the service life of hydraulic oil.
